St Patrick's Game and Poem

A GAME: SHAMROCK HUNT

At the club 2 teams (Boys vs Girls) went on a "Shamrock Hunt".
They had to read the clues and search for the shamrocks, pick them and bring it to the club.

Here are the Clues:
1- under a bench near the club;
2- around the vending machine;
3- near the library
4- next to the teacher's room, on the right

Guess who won... ( 5 letters)...
They had great fun!

A POEM:

Read ONE of the short poems for St Patrick's Day and record yourself on the AUDIO DROPBOX below:

ST PATRICK'S WISHES

I keep three wishes handy
In case I chance to meet
Any day a Leprechaun
Coming down the street

I'LL WEAR A SHAMROCK
St. Patrick's Day is with us,
The day when all that's seen
To right and left and everywhere
Is green, green, green!

And Irish tunes they whistle
And Irish songs they sing,
To-day each Irish lad walks out
As proud as any king.

ST PATRICK'S DAY - Leprechauns and a song

What’s a Leprechaun?

He’s a tiny (very very short) creature and dresses like a shoemaker (person who makes shoes).
He wears:

-Green hat;
-Shamrock;
-Ginger beard (red hair);

-Green clothes;
His personality is described as unfriendly. He lives alone and spends the days making shoes - that’s all he does!
He keeps treasures and a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
If you catch a Leprechaun he can grant you 3 wishes or a gold coin to buy his freedom back!
Let’s find Leprechauns on St Patrick’s Day!
